![]() Hi again, i've managed to solve the black bars problem, now i can play on fullscreen on 1080p, thank you so much for your help. Thank you for your suggestions and pardon my english please. Īs i said i only tried Override high DPI scaling behavior yet, now i will try others. This is my configure settings Īt first it seemed fine although there was black bars īut when i moved my mouse around this happened. ![]() But when i carry my mouse outside of the black bars it started this glitch kind of thing shown in the SS's below, started painting a picasso work or something. It had black bars in sides and up & down, but all of the hud was visible at least. First i tried switching to software mode in configure settings and then I tried checking 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' for Windows 10 as you said and it seemed to work fine for a moment. This can be done by hex editing the div.exe executable in the install folder (see the topic Debug Mode - Better FPS + Windowed Mode), or download this edited version and extract div-window.exe (Steam v1.0062) into your Divine Divinity folder and try running it from there. You can try running the game in windowed mode. Try the Windows 8 Performance "Patch" (works in Win 7 and 10, as well). Try resetting your graphics driver's 3D settings to default (right click an open area of the desktop to start the nvidia Control Panel / AMD Radeon Settings), and check if there are any options there for stretching or scaling fullscreen applications. In Win 7, disable desktop composition and check 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' for Win 10, check 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' and set it to Application. In the Divine Divinity install folder, try right clicking on the div.exe program file, select Properties, switch to the Compatibility tab and try different compatibility modes. Did you try changing the game resolution in the configuration program, or switching to software mode, rather than Direct3D?ĭoes the selected resolution match the aspect ratio of your monitor?
